Job Description

Key responsibilities for the Office administrator:

Assisting the procurement manager as required

Keeping up to date with general administrative duties

Updating on prices, quantities and delivery time scales on internal system

Ensuring order confirmations from suppliers are accurate as per our orders

Monitoring & Maintaining shipping schedule

Reviewing the stock levels according to sales demand

Stationery orders

Receiving phone calls and general front of house duties

Raising and receipting purchase orders

The Office Administrator should have the following skill set.

Good communication skills

Previous experience of working in a office environment

Excellent organisational skills and ability to work with high levels of accuracy

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packagesparticularly Excel

Can work on their own and as part of a team

Strong numerical and analytical skills

1-2 years' experience in an office administrative capacity

GCSE English & Maths (A*-C) or equivalent
