We are currently updating our register of Office Administrators for upcoming positions with our Clients based throughout Counties Armagh, Tyrone and Down. These are temporary to permanent contracts which will start at short notice. We have roles within the following fields:
- Office Administration
- Customer Service
- Human Resources
The exact duties and responsibilities will depend on our Clients business needs.
To apply for any of the positions, it is essential that you have:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades A – C) or equivalent – certificates required
- Minimum of 1 Years’ clerical/administrative experience
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office package
- Experience working as part of a team to ensure set daily and weekly targets are met within set timescales
- Essential qualifications may vary according to the specific role
- Customer Service experience in a face to face environment
- Experience in SAGE/Payroll packages
Hours will normally be full time; 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday) unless otherwise stated
